Description

Pudding cake is a dessert that consists of a cake layer topped with a pudding layer. It is a popular dessert in many parts of the world, and there are many different variations of the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Maida

: 1 kg
Oil

: 1 kg
Sugar

: 1 kg
Egg

: 1kg ( 20 Nos )
Dates/carrot/pineapple

: 1 or 2 kg
Baking soda

: 10 gm
Essence

: 15 gm
CK'S LIFE 2020

: 10 gm
CK'S LIFE 2694

: 10 gm
CK'S LIFE 2479

: 20 gm
CK'S LIFE 2813

: 10gm
Savory

: 50 gm

DIRECTIONS

Step1

Beat with Sugar, Oil and Egg, Add 10gm of CK'S LIFE 2020, 10 gm of CK'S LIFE 2694, 10gm of CK'S LIFE 2813 and 50 gm of CK'S Savoury and cake gel blend well.
Step 2

Baking soda 10 gm, 1 pinch salt and 20 gm of CK'S LIFE 2479 mix with flour.
Step 3

Gradually add this to the egg mixture, add essence, fruits and blend well
Step 4

Taking a baking tin to cook the cake and grease it well using some oil or butter paper
Step 5

Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40mins. Insert a metal skewer into the cake and if it comes out clean
Step 6

Remove from the oven and allow to cool, The cake is ready now
