Description

CK’S Chapatis are a convenient and easy way to enjoy freshly made chapatis without the hassle. CK’S Chapati is soft and fluffy, with a slightly nutty and earthy flavor that perfectly complements a wide range of dishes.

INGREDIENTS

Atta

: 1Kg
salt

: 14 gm
water

: 650 ml
Oil

: 60 gm
CK'S LIFE 20 (Atta Softner)

: 6 gm
CK'S LIFE 1917

: 6 gm
CK'S LIFE 2813

: 2 gm

DIRECTIONS

Step1

Add 5 gm of CK'S LIFE 1917 to mix with 1 kg of Atta.
Step2

Mix Salt with water and add to Atta
Step3

Add CK'S LIFE 2813 3gm to the water and mix
Step4

Add 7gm CK'S LIFE 20 to the oil, add the above mix with atta and knead for 15 min
Step5

Finally, add 60 gm of Oil mix with dough
Step6

After the dough rest for 15 minutes
Step7

Make small balls out of the dough and spread out using rolling pin
Step8

Then cook smooth and puffy Chappathi
