INGREDIENTS

• All purpose flour
  : 1kg
• Water
  : 400 ml
• Yeast
  : 10-15 gm
• Sugar
  : 200 gm
• Salt
  : 10 gm
• Butter
  : 50 gm
• CK'S LIFE 20
  : 4 gm
• CK'S LIFE 2052 Bread Improver
  : 1.5 gm
• CK'S LIFE 500
  : 2.5 gm

DIRECTIONS

• Step1
  Take 1 kg flour mix with CK'S LIFE Bread Improver
• Step2
  Salt, yeast and sugar mix with water
• Step3
  Mix flour above mixture
• Step4
  Add 4gm of CK'S LIFE 20 to oil
• Step5
  2.5gm of CK'S LIFE 500 (Class II preservative) is mixed with the dough.The dough is kneaded well
• Step6
  Grease the bowl, place the dough and cover it. Set aside until double in size
• Step7
  Shape into loaf. Let it rise
• Step8
  Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 20 minutes
• Step9
  Let it cool completely before cutting.
