INGREDIENTS

Flour

: 1kg
Sugar

: 1kg
Egg

: 1 kg (20 nos)
Vanaspathi or oil

: 1kg
Baking powder

: 5 gm
Essense (Vanila powder or essence depends on your choice

: 10 gm
CK'S Life 2479

: 20 gm
CK'S Life 2813

: 20 gm
CK'S Savoury

: 50 gm

DIRECTIONS

Step1

Beat with sugar and oil or vanaspathi. Then add the beaten eggs, CK'S Life 2813, CK'S Savoury and blend well. Beat further that the mixture turns white and creamy.
Step2

Baking soda, salt and CK'S Life 2479 mix with flour.
Step3

Gradually, add this to the egg mixture. Add vanilla powder and blend well.
Step4

Take a baking tin to cook the cake and grease it well using some oil or butter paper.
Step5

Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.
Step6

Insert a metal skewer into the cake and if it comes out clean,

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. The cake is ready now.
