Description

Half-cooked parotta is a type of parotta that is partially cooked before it is sold or frozen. It is typically made by rolling out the parotta dough and cooking it on both sides until it is lightly browned. The parotta is then allowed to cool slightly before it is wrapped and stored.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mida
    : 1kg
  • salt
    : 14 gm
  • water
    : 650ml
  • Oil
    : 60 gm
  • CK'S LIFE 20 (Atta Softner)
    : 6 gm
  • CK'S LIFE 1917
    : 6 gm
  • CK'S LIFE 2813
    : 6 gm

DIRECTIONS

  • Step1
    Add 5 gm of CK'S LIFE 1917 to mix with 1 kg of mida.
  • Step2
    Mix Salt with water and add to Atta
  • Step3
    Add CK'S LIFE 2813 3gm to the water and mix
  • Step4
    Add 7gm CK'S LIFE 20 to the oil, add the above mix with atta and knead for 15 min
  • Step5
    Finally, add 60 gm of Oil mix with dough
  • Step6
    After the dough rest for 15 minutes
  • Step7
    Make small balls out of the dough and spread out using rolling pin

    Then cook smooth parotta
